Terms and Conditions

"Platform" means the n1gang website accessible at https://n1gang.one and all related services.

"User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, logs in, or uses any service offered by n1gang.

"Account" means the personal account registered by a user on the n1gang platform.

"Account Balance" refers to the total credits in a user's account at any given time, including cash funds and bonus funds where applicable.

"Bonus" means any additional credits, promotional offers, or incentives given by n1gang to users subject to the stated conditions.

"Wagering" refers to any gaming activity, sports betting, live casino, online slots, or other gambling activities available on the n1gang platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the user and n1gang. By accessing, registering, or using this platform in any way, the user is considered to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

Acceptance of these terms also covers the n1gang Privacy Policy and any game or promotion guidelines published from time to time on this platform.

Should there be any conflict between another language version and the English version of this document, the English version applies to users in Malaysia.

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the n1gang platform. Attempting to register more than one account may result in the suspension or closure of all related accounts, including forfeiture of any existing balance.

During registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including:

• Full name as shown on the MyKad or valid identification document
• A valid date of birth for age verification purposes
• An active and accessible email address
• A mobile phone number registered in the user's name

n1gang reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes at any time. Failure to do so may result in a temporary suspension of the account until the verification process is complete.

Use of the n1gang platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Has not been previously excluded from participating in gambling activities for legal reasons or by personal prior decision
• Acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party

n1gang reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and any unwagered funds will be returned. Any winnings obtained by an ineligible user will be forfeited.

n1gang accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method chosen. No maximum limit is specifically stated, however n1gang reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion based on the user's account profile.

All deposits must be made from a legitimate financial source and in the name of the registered user. n1gang does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised source, n1gang reserves the right to hold withdrawals until a full verification is completed.

Funds deposited into the account belong to the user and will not be used for any purpose other than to enable wagering activity on the n1gang platform.

Users may request a withdrawal at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50
• The user's account has been fully verified by the n1gang team
• Any wagering requirements associated with bonuses received have been met
• The withdrawal is made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name

Withdrawal processing time typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes. Actual processing time may vary depending on the withdrawal method and technical conditions applicable at the time.

n1gang reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard protective measure to ensure the safety of user funds and to prevent unauthorised activity.

n1gang offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions set out at the time the offer is presented. Users are encouraged to read those terms before accepting any bonus offer.

The welcome bonus offered to new members is 200% of the first deposit value up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 — bonus RM200 — account balance RM300 — wagering required RM200 x 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,000 — bonus RM888 — account balance RM1,888 — wagering required RM888 x 15 = RM13,320

Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period. If the period expires before the requirements are fulfilled, the bonus funds and any related winnings that have not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.

n1gang reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice. Any abuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

All games available on the n1gang platform are operated in accordance with their respective rules as set by the game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. In such cases, n1gang will conduct an investigation and make a decision based on valid system log records.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, n1gang will resolve the situation based on the state at the time the disruption occurred and available system records. Wagers affected by a technical disruption not caused by the user will be processed in accordance with n1gang's prevailing policy.

The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Users agree to use the n1gang platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, falsification of information, or any attempt to deceive the platform's systems
• Use of multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual
• Use of unauthorised payment methods or payment methods belonging to another person
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity conducted through the platform
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at support staff or other users
• Attempts to access areas of the platform that are not authorised

A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, freezing of the account balance, and legal action where appropriate.

n1gang reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Recommendation from a relevant authority
• Suspected activity related to money laundering
• Failure to submit requested verification documents
• A request by the user themselves to close the account

Users also have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the n1gang customer support team. Any valid cash balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the review process, subject to available withdrawal methods.

n1gang is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of income, anticipated profits, or data.

The n1gang platform is provided on an "as is" basis and n1gang makes no guarantees regarding the absence of disruptions, errors, or viruses in the system. Nevertheless, n1gang makes every effort to ensure the platform operates in a stable and secure manner.

Users acknowledge that gambling activities carry real financial risk. n1gang is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on this platform.

n1gang reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the current version of the terms.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the amended terms.

The n1gang platform operates under international licensing. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to the licence held by n1gang.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in activities offered on this platform is in line with the laws applicable in their country or region of residence.

Should any dispute arise between a user and n1gang, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through the available customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to the relevant licensing authority for a final decision.

Any part of these Terms and Conditions found to be invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining parts, which continue to remain in full force and effect.
